If you have an eye emergency (sudden vision loss, severe pain, injury or chemicals in the eye), call 911 or go to the emergency room.

2. Appointment requests

The site's form sends a request, not a booking. Your appointment is only confirmed once our team confirms it with you. Times shown are preferences and subject to availability; we may suggest another date or time.

The tests performed at your visit and their duration are determined by the optometrist based on your case.

3. Products, images and prices

Photos of frames and the showroom are illustrative. Availability of models, colors and sizes depends on inventory. This site does not list prices or sell products online.

Prescription eyewear and contact lenses require a valid prescription, as required by law.

4. Third-party trademarks

Brand names and logos such as Tom Ford, Gucci, Prada, Saint Laurent, Ray-Ban, Celine, Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo and others belong to their respective owners. They are shown only to identify products available at our boutique and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by those brands.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to EyeCare Boutique or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

6. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
