1. Information we collect

This site has no user accounts and does not store the details you type into the appointment form on our servers.

When you use the "Request an Appointment" form, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing the selected service, your preferred date and time, and your name, email and phone number. We only receive that information if you send the message.

We also receive the information you give us when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.

Our web hosting provider may log technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to operate and protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking or analytics tools.

2. WhatsApp and other third-party services

WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms, Inc., not operated by us. Messages you send through WhatsApp are also governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

WhatsApp is not intended for sharing medical information. Please do not send us symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions or insurance details through it. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can call or visit us.

Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps take you to third-party sites with their own policies.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your request and schedule your appointment.
• To contact you about that appointment (confirmations, changes or reminders).
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We will not send you promotional text or WhatsApp messages without your prior express consent.

4. Protected health information (HIPAA)

Health information you share with our team during your care is protected by the federal HIPAA law and governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices. You can request a copy at the boutique or by contacting us.

5. Who we share information with

We only share information with providers that help us operate (for example, web hosting or phone services), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, in line with the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. Appointments for minors should be requested by a parent or guardian.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the contact information you sent through the site, or to stop contacting you, using the details below. On WhatsApp you can also reply "STOP".

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
